We’re looking for talented Software Engineers to join one of our product teams. If you’re passionate about learning to write great code, love working in a team, and want to shape the software you build, we want to hear from you. Here at Redgate everyone has a part to play in our creative, innovative company.
At Redgate, we believe that the best software comes from engaging small teams with clear purpose, freedom to act, and a drive to learn. Aspiring Software Engineers - Join our paid Summer Software Engineer Internship Programme!
We’re seeking aspiring Software Engineers to join us for 10 weeks in Summer 2025 and gain valuable experience to support your studies and future career. Redgate aspires to be the best place you’ll ever work, let alone intern. We strongly believe being an intern isn’t about watching people working, it’s about doing real work from day one, on things that make a real difference. As a fully-fledged member of one of our development teams, you will work on real features and get the opportunity to see it all through to the very end, so you know you’ve made a real difference. As a result, you’ll experience how our development teams go about creating software, including the design, implementation, and testing of features.
Interns work in small, autonomous teams with software engineers, product designers, and a technical lead to create elegant commercial software; teamwork is very important to us. You will have a dedicated mentor to help you through your internship, answer any questions, and make sure you have a great time.
