Redgate is looking for an Events Program Coordinator to help deliver best-in-class educational content, speaker management, and programs for PASS events, including the annual PASS Data Community Summit, and other events throughout in 2025.
We operate from a flexible hybrid model, that supports a healthy work-life balance. For this role, we’re looking for candidates who live close to our Cambridge office.
Your Work at Redgate Software:
Support with the overall administration and project management for PASS Summit event programs, including event and content framework, volunteer management, call for speakers/content, speaker communications, processes, as well as content and speaker management from start to finish.
Project manage and execute various operational modules in the event platform (Rainfocus) from launch to closure across a range of program activities throughout the year.
Coordinate and maintain day-to-day program operations and tasks in the event platform (Rainfocus) while tracking actions and project progress in our project management tool.
Support in the creation of internal and external presentations and reports, including event briefs, debriefs, and informational guides.
Coordinate on content and program blog announcements with the marketing communications team.
Be the go-to person for all speaker correspondence and administration, liaising externally with speakers, sponsors, other internal teams, as well as with our event platform provider (Rainfocus).
What You Bring to the Table:
3+ years of relevant experience as an event program coordinator, or similar role.
Proven experience developing and executing on event content, logistics, speaker management, and programs for both in-person and virtual conferences and events.
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Effective program and project management skills with proactive problem-solving skills.
Data-driven and analytical, with experience in transforming reports into actionable insights.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, project management, and communication tools (e.g. Monday.com and Slack) as well as experience in using event management software (e.g. Rainfocus or similar).
Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth project progress.
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to travel internationally for events, meetings, or other trips as needed.
What would help:
Experience working on complex projects with multiple deliverables.
Experience in non-profit or community management.
Experience compiling information for presentations and reports, in a manner that is easily digestible, professional, and aesthetically pleasing.
Salary:
Base: £30,000 - 35,000
